Straight from the Dock (1925) Murphy’s statement to Workers’ Weekly after being sentenced to six months in prison for “seditious conspiracy”. Gallacher, Hannington, Inkpin, Pollitt and Rust, who had previous convictions, were sentenced to twelve months’ imprisonment.
