A bill to require racial labeling of blood taken in Georgia for transfusions unanimously passed the Senate today.
Sen. Quill Sammon of Lawrenceville, author, said “this is not a prejudice bill. It is a precaution to preserve the dignity and identity of each race and prevent the mixing of races.”
