In the 35 years since the founding of the PLA, the party under tile leadership of comrade Enver Hoxha has charted the path for the Albanian people in winning national independence, defeating fascism and imperialism, and forging a strong, socialist Albania.
We wish your Congress great success in carrying out all its decisions and express our warmest feelings of solidarity with the Albanian people in continuing our common struggle against imperialism and the two superpowers, the U.S. and the Soviet Union, against the forces of modern revisionism, and for the victory of communism.
