The Call is proud to publish this Draft Program for the new Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist). Its publication is an event of great significance for the entire revolutionary movement.
The Program has been drafted by representatives of the groups now participating in the Organizing Committee for the Marxist-Leninist Party (OC). It was approved for publication by the recently-held Second Unity Meeting of the groups with the purpose of soliciting mass criticism and comment.
We should also point out that the general line reflected in this Draft Program is the line that has over the years been leading the work of our Marxist-Leninist trend. Its correct application of Marxism-Leninism-Mao Tsetung Thought to our own conditions makes it a guide to action for all communists and revolutionary workers as well as a rallying point for communist unity.
Readers are requested to respond with suggestions, criticisms and comments in this period leading up to the first Party Congress, where a final draft of the Program will be adopted.
