〔说明〕远东各国共产党及革命团体第一次代表大会于1922年1月21日至2月2日在莫斯科举行，由格·季诺维也夫主持，中共派出以张国焘为团长的代表团出席会议。这次大会提出中国“当前的第一件事便是把中国从外国的羁轭下解放出来，把督军推倒……建立一个民主主义共和国”， 这次大会为中共二大的召开奠定了理论基础。
