The Commissariat for Railways makes known to the workers that receipt of 25 pounds, according to exact calculations, is fully guaranteed in the event of six million poods a month being transported. Much more than this can be transported. A strong effort must be made to increase the number of locomotives repaired. Over and above this bonuses will be issued for increased labour productivity in accordance with norms laid down by the All-Russia Trade Union Council.
