Please accept my warm and fraternal thanks for the greetings you sent me on the occasion of my 70th birthday.
Taking advantage of this opportunity, I wish the communists, the working class and the Peruvian revolutionary peasantry, the Marxist-Leninist Communist Party, successes in the righteous struggle for national and regional liberation, against the forces of reaction, of American imperialism and Soviet social imperialism, and revisionists of all kinds.
I also hope that unity is strengthened even more between our two parties on the basis of Marxism-Leninism.
