R.M.C., Caucasian Front

The Council of Labour and Defence has resolved to pass a strict reprimand on the Revolutionary Military Council of the Caucasian Front for non-fulfilment of the decision of the Council of Labour and Defence dated 25/VI and of the order of the Field Headquarters of the Republic dated 5/VII,[1] and to warn the members of the Revolutionary Military Council of the Caucasian Front that if they do not   strain all efforts to fulfil the decisions indicated, they will be arrested and prosecuted.

[1] The decision of the Council of Labour and Defence and the order of the Field Headquarters of the Republic instructed the Revolutionary Military Council of the Caucasian Front to mobilise urgently horses and carts in the Northern Caucasus and Kuban area for ensuring transport of coal to the loading points in the Donets Basin.
