Copy to Dzerzhinsky, Vecheka, Moscow
In view of the urgent and particularly important work of the Radio Laboratory, release Shorin immediately on a surety from its collegium and committee, without discontinuing the investigation into Shorin’s case.

 A. F. Shorin, constructor and inventor, who worked in the Nizhni-Novgorod Radio Laboratory, was arrested owing to a misunderstanding and quickly released.
