Reviewed in Kantstudien, 1914, No. 3 (Vol. XIX), pp. 391--392, the author is described as a professor of the history of physics (P. Volkmann pays particular attention to this history), is said to emphasise the special connection between Heraclitus and Thomson, etc., etc.
